She truly did her best to accommodate everyone and remained helpful and professional despite how hectic it was. Our room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the evening in St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would return."

We were in town for a Jaguar game, we were able to park at the hotel early, before check in time and take the water taxi, which is very close to the hotel, right over to the stadium. Perfect location and accommodations for doing anything in downtown Jacksonville without having to drive downtown. "
