Studio apartment with beautiful view over the sea. Equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, towels and bed linen. Living room with sofa bed and common kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave fridge toaster kettle magic wand, pots and other necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Next to the apartment you will find 2 bars where you can enjoy breakfast.
The Villa is 5 minutes from the beach of the village of Ponta do Sol and with commercial establishments in the vicinity.
This apartment has a terrace and balcony with views of the sea and beautiful scenery.
The Apartment is prepared with an office table for business trips.
We have a cot and high chair for your baby.

Amazing beauty of nature

Very nice property,very clean,everything in place if you ready to cook. Only house far on the mountain’s so car is essential things,shops and beaches is far,you cannot walk. But if you need adventure,try something new.Breakfast or dinner in the balcony,you can see beauty of nature,frogs singing,starry night,lowers is place for you! General we very happy to stay in the village,was absolutely new experience. People very friendly and helpful include Adelaide.We very thankful for welcome attitude 🤗👌☕️🌊🐚🌴Loreta

Needed and got an electric heater, it should be reported that the property is at 800 m elevation. Traffic sometimes quite noisy, because of steep roads. You always need 20 min. or so to get into the civilized world.. But there is a bar at 50 m! Almost always open, not Sundays afternoon. Sugar cane and bananas around you, and the levadas, have seen the way of the water switch by means of stones to close some openings!

Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Beschreibung Wohnung Eingang C POSITIV: Atemberaubende Aussicht von Ost bis West, d. h. von Sonnenauf- bis Sonnenuntergang. Überdachte Terrasse. Gutes Bett, ABER ein Topper würde das Liegen wesentlich angenehmer machen. Gute Kopfkissen. Vom Bett aus schaut man auf den Atlantik, aber aus einem Fenster auf einen Strommast. NEGATIV: Liegt am Ende von steiler Steigung, dadurch sehr lästige aufjaulende Motorgeräusche. Definitiv zu laut. Vermieter gibt leider keinen Hinweis. Wenn zuviel Verkehr ist, versteht man auf der Terrasse sein eigenes Wort nicht. Zuwenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und in Küche (Konsolen, die ja offensichtlich mal vorhanden waren, Haken o. ä. für Handtücher). Schimmel im Waschpulverfach der Waschmaschine. Schmutziges Glas im Schrank. Fleckiges Handtuch. Die Stühle in Küche und auf der Terrasse laden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Fehlende Sonnenliege. FAZIT: Für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe (für 30 Tage/Tag 52,22 €) gerade annehmbar, waren die Mängel verschmerzbar, weil die Aussicht entschädigte. Für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert.

Huisje met een geweldig uitzicht naar de oceaan.

Het huisje ligt op een kruispunt van 5 wegen wat 's morgens nogal wat verkeer moet verwerken met het lawaai als gevolg. Het was wel heel proper en goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden in de keuken. Wel jammer dat er een microgolf staat en geen echte oven om de verse vis die je in de supermarkt kan kopen te grillen.
