Very clean, spacious, awesome customer service, and assistance

The tenant was very helpful with things that were not even his issue like checking in early, helping us with restaurants around the area. Will definitely recommend staying here. Apartment was very clean.

Away from the chaos but close to fun

The apartment is not located in the main hub, but an easy 10 minute walk to the central area with all the bars and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and open with a cute balcony to enjoy a coffee

Good rental overall

Good location if you want to be in the city, close to some restaurants. Very tight streets and garage parking (difficult for an American not used to such tight quarters), but in the end doable. Nice balcony. Easy check in. 2 bath but only 1 shower. Overall clean as well.

The apartment offers a no-frills option for the Ponto Delguardo traveler. The apartment is simple with most of the basics, would recommend adding: - 2 wine glasses, so there is a complete set of four. - Hand towels to the bathrooms.

Stop looking and book here!

We were scheduled to enjoy a day and 1/2 here before flying home, however SATA air changed our plans! I called to let the host know and he was spectacular. He was understanding and helped arrange our stay for the following night. We got there late at night but the welcome was incredible. Little snacks and a fantastic bottle of wine that was greatly appreciated after our day. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable. The view is wonderful. Seriously, stop looking for accommodations and book here. You won't be sorry.

Disappointing unfortunately

We were immediately disappointed with this unit because of how dirty we found the unit to be. Very few dishes were provided and some had been put back in the cupboards unwashed. Windows and patio glass were filthy. Bedsheets were stained and looked unchanged. Bath towels stunk so badly that they couldn’t be used. There was multiple strands of hair in the shower. No clothes hanger were provided and the garage door remote did not work. No information of how to enter the property or where anything was, was provided prior to arrival. The location of the unit and views from rear patio were beautiful. Private parking is great. An elevator to the top floor is available and a nice feature. This place could be amazing but poor housekeeping and property managers that stay on top of issues has made this property a 3 out of 5 stars at very best.
