"Absolutely 5-star gem of an accommodation! We arrived early morning from Newark and were warmly welcomed by the staff, they stored our luggage and did everything they could to get our room readied. Over the next few days we went cliff diving, swimming, trekking, sightseeing and enjoyed a tremendous variety of delicious Portuguese cuisine and were given excellent local tips on weather/tides/whale sightings and more from the extremely informative staff. "We stayed for 5 days, location is great but expect to be fairly noisy due to the street below. Biggest downsides are no air conditioning and parking. The accommodation gets pretty warm all day long. Local parking is not easy to figure unless you are experienced with the area. "

"Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. The ceiling had wooden beams and the decor was amazing. They even left us a bottle of Rosé. The beds were comfy. We had our private parking. It's a little too far to walk to downtown but we had a car so we were OK. There are some cockroches in the Azores because of the humidity, one found it's way into the apartment...
