"Staff in the restaurant & spa were excellent. Staff at reception were terrible especially the male customer service rep they were ill humoured, and rude. it’s rare to experience such badly trained staff. I would not return even if I was paid to. Ruined our holiday experiencing such an impolite and arrogant person. The manager was also absent and too busy to offer assistance. Hugely unprofessional. "

"We ended up in the annex next to the lift. We were worried about that to start with because of reviews. But we had a lovely stay and used the main hotel to sit and have drinks and play cards, et cetera. It worked out very well we would stay again."

"The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again."
