"They literally have Expedia ph# for you to sort things out on hand. I specified Pet friendly the ENTIRE way through the booking to get there and the staff (amazing!) spent 30min sorting it out for me so I wouldn't be charged by Expedia because they didn't book a Pet friendly room."

"This is one of our favourite hotels. It’s perfect for a young family with the bunk rooms, pool and waterslide, and a complimentary hot breakfast ready to grab and go each morning. I am pretty particular about cleanliness and the rooms and common areas are always immaculately clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything you might need is within a reasonable walking or driving distance. Always lots of parking available! We’ve stayed multiple times and I have nothing but positive feedback each time. Highly recommend!"
