Overall a lovely, new hotel. Not sure why it's only 2-star on Expedia. Felt more like 3-star with the service and amenities. Outdoor fire pits were a nice touch. Jacuzzi was not working and out room was not cleaned and towels were not changed after a two-night stay.

Took two trips and almost 2 hours to check in as no rooms were available, starting at 5pm and finally getting a room that was not what I booked at about 6:45pm. No Kings were available!!!

Gave us a room that had not been cleaned and stunk so bad at 6:30pm. They changed our room, we pull out the sofa bed, it had food on it, under couch had food and garbage. For a new hotel I think cleaning should be a bit stronger. Front desk staff was nice. They need to revamp how the rooms are cleaned.

The hotel was awesome, clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The breakfast bar looked like it was made to look good and not for functionality and the staff could use a little more training and personality. The back deck was beautiful though. It was overall a great stay and I would do it again for sure.

basically, a brand new hotel beneath a ski resort. Everything was great. Even had a room to store your bikes in. Great location to ride down the ski resort trails.

Poor service and undisclosed charges after I checked out. You call the number on the bill and no one answers along with Google search for the number. The staff was rude the entire time and knocked on my door several times only to apologize for their error. Will never stay again.
