"Our stay at Castelfalfi was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the property’s breathtaking beauty was immediately evident. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills from the Olivo Restaurant and the spa pools are absolutely unparalleled – it’s a scene straight out of a dream. I had the privilege of proposing to my girlfriend here, and it was truly magical. The setting was perfect, and the staff made it even more special. Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us. The pool area was pristine, offering a peaceful oasis to unwind "

We felt as if we stepped back in time and were reminded of what outstanding service and accommodations should be like ~ a much needed respite after a busy week in Florence. "Lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the bar/lunch area. The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept. Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel. "

"As long term visitors to this hotel we were pleased to find that the new owners have done a great job with the renovations. More importantly, many of the familiar staff were still there which was very important to us. Rooms, bar, and dining area looking great. Food was fabulous.Terrace improvements make the best use of space and provides an excellent spot to enjoy the view with a relaxing drink. Highly recommend."
