Ein Zwinger wurde als zusätzliches Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben. Nirgendwo war ersichtlich, das es sich hierbei um den ausschließlichen Aufenthaltort des Hundes handeln soll, das abgesehen davon völlig inakzeptabel ist. Eine Stornierung 14 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt über das FeWo Portal war nicht...

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
