Outrigger in Polynesia

"My Expedia clearly stated that I covered all fees but upon arrival I was slapped with an over 500$ resort fee to even get my room key. It’s 70$ a day to park a car in the garage. The photos of the room I booked and the hotel room i was given were vastly different. My room was very outdated. Otherwise staff and food were amazing. "

"My stay let me know this was a good choice. Everything was in walking distance including the beach and restaurants. Bring cash for tips because no Bank of America, Navy Federal or common banks in the area. Highly recommend this location for staying. "

"I had two separate 1 day reservation (not by choice) which would have made us move rooms. I tried online to have them combined but was told is was not possible. The check in person was able to do it when we arrived which saved us a ton of trouble because the next day we were leaving on a tour that was going to last 8 hours making the luggage situation a problem. That saved us a lot of stress, not what you need on vacation. "
