Upon entering, a private path leads to a spacious car park. The main door opens to an elegant hallway connecting to a reading room and the main living room, equipped with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. Access is also provided to a modern kitchen/dining room with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and an American-style fridge. From the dining room, patio doors open directly to the gardens and pool, integrating the interior with the exterior.On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, and a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a whirlpool bath, and access to a spacious terrace with countryside views. Also on this level is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower.
