The highlight has to be the wonderful views of the Remarkables —waking up to that scenery was a treat, especially with such easy access to the nearby tramping trails. "We did not stay in Lake Hayes Estate due to damage. Instead, we stayed at a hotel downtown that is owned and operated by the same owner. That hotel 3-bedroom suite was very nice. "

"Fantastic place, very clean and newly refurbished. Convenient with kids with dishwasher and washer dryer handy. Underground car park was helpful. Great coffee downstairs, bottle shop and takeaway places within complex, or walking distance. Very close to big shopping complexes, airport and access to Remarkables as well. Would stay next time."

"Easy to check in/out without even meeting anyone. Staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply when contacted through the app. My one issue would be that the property is marketed as apartments when in reality a lot of their rooms are just hotel style rooms. You pay a premium for an apartment but then are unable to cook food in your unit."
