The 3-bedroomed Villa Pins is a welcoming and stylish villa with private swimming pool ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters just a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air-conditioned and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to rely constantly on a car. The bays forming Cala San Vicente (named respectively Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden to the mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently set over one floor and carefully finished to offer an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all comforts. There is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, with big patio doors opening straight to the poolside patios and gardens with lawn, shrubs, pine trees. The purposely-built kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twins, as well as 2 large bathrooms with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. The upper floor of the villa belongs to another ownership and does not share the gardens or the pool that remain for exclusive use of the guests staying at Villa Pins.

Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable bonus of exclusive gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. Deciding wether to stay by the pool or enjoying a stroll down to the beach will be a hard choice! The pool measures 4m x 3m and depth is 1.8m- 2.10m. Sunbeds and shades are provided to the guests.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

four days waiting for drains to be cleaned after reporting very bad smell, Grass on garden dry
1 bedroom very small for 2 beds and also no air conditioning and no where to store clothes 1 bathroom very small sink and no shelves shower did not work very well ,overall I think the price of the villa was a little to expensive.

Super Zeit in schöner Villa
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Pins sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar. Eins der Bäder war etwas ungemütlich. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, lieber direkt in den nächstgelegenen Lidl/Eroski zu fahren, da der Spar, der an der Unterkunft liegt, praktisch keine Auswahl hat und viel zu überteuert ist. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, trotzdem war die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Tischtennisplatte & Co super. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Finca ist wirklich schön gelegen, einige kleine Mängel in der Einrichtung, die jedoch landestypisch hingenommen werden können. Der Pool ist bei der Nähe zum Meer überflüssig.

Hübsches Haus in schöner Lage
Es liegt ruhig und doch dicht am Strand. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Nur das kleine Schlafzimmer hat leider keinen Schrank. Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und der Elektrik, die aber umgehend behoben wurden.

Nära hav och egen pool, affär och restauranger inom gångavstånd. Rymlig bostad. På minussidan- stinkande avlopp i ett av badrummen. Tråkigt också att inte basvaror som ex salt och peppar, samt städmedel varken fanns när vi kom eller fick lämnas till nästa gäst.
