"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. "We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. Not bad with door closed but if you want it open, it’s loud especially over a weekend. Didn’t take away from the overall experience. Elements bar was great! Great service and great food. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!"
