It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your...

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "
