Apartments in Poisy

"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Appartement très agréable calme, décoré avec gout et très proche d'Annecy"

"Wonderful location and comfortable and cute apartment!"

"Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your...

"Super séjours dans cette ville superbe au 3 ème étage de la rue du paquier"

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"This well equipped first floor apartment is located just a block from the beautiful lake and only about 1 km from the old town (15min walk) where you also can fine lots of interesting shops, plenty of great restaurants. The apartment was clean & spacious, perfect for our stay to explore this beautiful area."

"Appart très agréable, en plein centre de la vieille ville et pas bruyant , en retrait sur court. Annecy magnifique et très animé, fleurie, le thiou si clair. Il y a tant à découvrir.. 7 jours était trop court, nous reviendrons "

"Tres bel appartement. Propre et spacieux. Proche du centre-ville. Garage"

"Place had a lot of defects: especially that bedroom was on top floor (of 3) and bathrooms were on bottom floor. Narrow, twisting staircases connected the floors without adequate lighting. People with mobility issues would have a problem. We couldn't stay on top floor and risk those stairs in middle of night. So we had to sleep on uncomfortable couches. Some broken tiles on bathroom floor. No hand soap provided - we had to buy our own. We tried to find another hotel but town was full on a nice...

"This was an excellent home base for exploring Annecy - right in the heart of the old village, just steps from great restaurants, coffee, boulangeries, and more."
