The Oberoi is a beautiful property with very attentive staff. We stayed 14 nights & I believe the average is 5.I had no idea Turtle bay was so remote when the booking was made & as a result we found ourselves often in taxis usually destined for Grand Bay where we had some great Chinese dinners in a little back lane place recommended by Darmon, Oberoi chef. It was "100% local" accordingly to our taxi driver.Be prepared for an $80 return taxi fare. I cant take anything away from this property...

Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Beautiful, peaceful resort. Amazing experience. Great and clean facilities. The only drawback is that the resort is incredibly FAR from the shops and towns. It is not a walking distance. I went on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach and is well secured. The room was very spacious and very clean and it gets cleaned every day.
