The location is perfect and walkable to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, bus stops, etc. The hosts are very kind; they organize events on the rooftop for people staying at the villa to get to know each other, even threw a birthday party for me. They are always available to help and guide you throughout the neighborhood and even drive you to places. If you are looking for a place to stay in Peyrebere or Grand-Baie, this place will definitely meet your needs. "

"Une belle propriete tres bien decoree et confortable a pointe aux piments. Conforme a l'annonce. Nous y avons passe une semaine tres agreable. Merci a Jean Luc, Ganesh et Anouchka pour l'accueil et la reactivite face a nos demandes. Je conseille vivement !"

"Wir waren zu zweit mit 10 Übernachtungen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, es gibt paar recht gute Restaurants in der nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, und hat so weit alles, was man so für eine Urlaub braucht. Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren frisch gewaschen. "The house is very spacious and quite clean. Everything was working well or got repaired within a few days. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have air-condition, the bathrooms have good showers. We felt very safe in this place also it has alarm systems. We would come again."

"We have just recently spent 2 weeks at Villa Athena and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is a really lovely villa with an outside patio area and of course a small pool. The master bedroom is wonderful with en-suite and doors opening up to the pool. The entire lounge/dining area opens up to the patio and pool giving a real open air feeling to the villa. "Stylish, spacious, comfortable apartment made for a wonderful stay. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Wonderful private pool set in beautiful garden. It's a shame there is no air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen, humidity made evenings uncomfortable. A car is essential to reach this place."

" La maison est pratique et fonctionnel, bien situer avec tout a côté ( plage, resto, supermarché, pharmacie, change....) La maison est bien équipée également juste 2 bemol pour nous, la clim que dans les 2 etages superieur pas au Rdc qui est équipéede ventilateur, et la piscine et terasse exterieur qui ne vois pas du tout le soleil de la journées se qui etait vraiment dommage pour nous car nous n avons pas pu en profiter. Point possitive l hotes et tres a l ecoute et repond a toute nos questions...
