"A welcoming, traditionally appointed, immaculately clean, bed-and-breakfast, with extremely friendly, personable, and dedicated hosts. Rooms are located up one flight of stairs. The Nuthatch room requires a one-step climb up into the elevated bed, (very comfortable). All amenities are provided. I did miss a comfortable surface to sit on inside the room as the existing two chairs and upholstered bench felt hard and uncomfortable to me. That said, there are numerous very comfortable spaces to nestle into both inside the B&B, e.g., in the living area or the cozy library and on the entrance patio. Breakfasts are extraordinary – freshly made, exquisitely presented, and absolutely delicious. The B&B is very quiet at night; during the day, the sound of occasional propeller aircraft landing and taking off is audible from the airport located nearby. The location is walkable to a lovely small beach, and it is a five-minute drive to the center of Eastsound village. Overall, this was a pleasant and rewarding stay."

"We recently stayed at WorldMark Birch Bay and found the property to be clean and well maintained. The amenities were okay, and the location is great, being close to the beach. It would have been nice if the property offered a billiard room or a casual happy hour, similar to what some hotels provide, as that would have added to the overall experience. We also voluntarily attended the timeshare presentation. Unfortunately, we found the experience to be quite pressured and it lasted approximately two hours. We were also disappointed that we did not receive the seven free days that were offered for attending the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant, but the timeshare presentation experience was disappointing."

"This is a very cool property in Eastsound. As the pictures show, it's a very unique home which makes for a cool stay! A few things to note: 1) You will be waking with the sun--the windows provide gorgeous views, but if you know you're wanting to sleep in, bring an eye mask. 2) As other reviews have noted, the bathroom is located in the main house, which is separate from the two sleeping quarters, so just something to be aware of if you tend to get up in the night. 3) I was on a solo stay, and I was uncomfortable leaving the main house unlocked all night, so I locked all of the back doors and went out the front door at night and then around the main house to the sleeping house. Again, just something to be aware of!4) Regarding the bathroom: the soaking tub is fantastic for taking a bath, but makes hair washing a little more difficult--there is not a secret shower on property ;)This was a very cool rental, but if I had to do it again for a solo trip, I think I would have booked a stay at one of the inns in town for ease of access and my personal feelings of security. I think this would be an amazing home for 2-3 people who really want a secluded stay in a beautiful venue!"
