Oh so private and perfectly perched, this Point Roberts cottage studio boasts pristine views of the Strait of Georgia, Vancouver Island, and the passing ferries to/from the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. With its unforgettable location and expansive outdoor space, your time spent enjoying the fresh sea breeze will come effortlessly. Less than 10 steps down from the patio, find yourself on the sand, enjoying the beach.

Inside, the lovely interior is composed of warm wood and rustic finishes. Boasting all of the essentials, the studio is complete with plush sleeping arrangements, a kitchenette, and a sizable bathroom. Partial air-conditioning and a space heater ensure your comfort no matter the season.

Back outside, cozy up, and prepare for radiant sunset views on the private patio. Away from your stay, visit the area's plethora of parks, Cascades Casino Delta, or take a day trip to Vancouver BC. The Ferry Terminal is roughly 20 minutes away and SeaTac Airport is roughly three hours away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The twin beds can be put together to make a king-sized bed. Linens for a king are in the room.
Guests will not have access to the deck area. There is a private patio available for guests to use.
A kitchenette is currently being added to the unit.
