"My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!"

We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!).
