"Lots to like here, the hotel is super fun and neat and there's tons for kids to do around the property. Legos everywhere, my kids loved it. My issues with the property were minor, we were in a room right outside where some of the nightly events were going on, so up until 9pm it was loud. "

"There was a couple of cockroaches in the restroom. One being a pregnant one with the egg hanging off. Ran into a crevice in The floorboard. Room 269. There was also a couple of insects on the bed which were easy to spot because of the white sheets. "

"The pool is getting renovated and there’s a resort fee. Other than that, everyone’s been so helpful and settling us in."

"Nothing like the pictures or description. We booked the family suite with a king bed and bunk beds pictures show couch and panted rooms king bed updated bunk beds but when we walked in it was so outdated full size bed old wobbly bunk beds ac units that stunk like urine if you ran them bath tubs that were falling apart and hair already in it a 1” gap under the front door killed bugs already on ceiling and walls and killed 3 more during or stay.. they have a giant lobby/waiting/eating area but super small breakfast area to get food in a little room I am a hotel engineer myself and would try to avoid this place by any means necessary "
