We loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with great amenities. The location is fantastic—directly across the road from the beach, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The underground parking garage had plenty of clearance for our truck with roof racks, and there was ample space to store our bikes, which was a huge bonus. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be booking here again in the future.

The accomodation is in an excellent location. Key pick up was easy by calling the manager and they give you the code for the lockbox. The property is well maintained . The apartment is very well maintained although it is not a new unit still very much the 90s. If I had a gripe it would be they could have there own wifi as this does make it difficult to watch even the tv on the building hotspot and the tv is just a small after thought. This is being picky I know. Bed was comfortable and unit is warm as north facing with a seaview overall its a good option

The room was spacious enough and very quiet. However when we arrived at 3pm, there were no towels, only a damp one in wardrobe. I had to request towels, and was supplied with 2 bath towels - we (2 of us) were to be there for 2 days! Disappointed too with the limited supply of coffee (3 satchets) milk (enough for only one day - I had to request more milk). Also, we assumed the room would be serviced while we were out on Saturday and were disappointed to find the wet towels were still there and no fresh ones supplied. Again I had to request towels! The TV was also a pain - possibly my fault but I could only get TVNZ1. Did not like the shower over bath - difficult to get in and out of, and definitely in need of a good scrub! Suggestions/recommendations: 1. Put a laminated list of instructions on the wall for both tv and heat pump operations. 2. Advise customer at checkin if servicing the room can be expected/not expected when stay is for at least 2 nights. If not to be serviced, supply enough towels, etc, when room is prepared prior to checkin. 3. Be more generous with coffee, milk, etc. 4. Upgrade bathroom.
