Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. "The villa is stunning and I don't think we have ever stayed anywhere so quiet. It exceeded our expectations. The road up to the villa is about 1.5 km and quite uneven but well worth it when you get to the villa. The pool and outdoor facilities were great, there is plenty of space inside and it is great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Michela was lovely host and we had good communication with Michela before and during our stay and when we had no hot water one morning she very quickly organised a plumber and the problem was sorted within a few hours which we really appreciated. We enjoyed a day trip to Rome and to Abbazia Farfa and a walk to Casoprota, with a lovely bar and useful pharmacy and to Collelungo, both lovely villages to explore and just relaxing at the pool."
