The Italian villa of your dreams!
Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. My family enjoyed swimming after long days walking in Rome.

A Taste of Italy
Wonderful villa, perfect for a family holiday. - a real taste of Italy Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Perfect outdoor veranda with pizza oven and BBQ for family meals and hangout. Pool was popular for the whole family on our rest days. Great location locally with much to see and do and incredible restaurants. Not far from the highway between Rome and Naples for sightseeing. The friendly owners were extremely hospitable and helpful showing us around and readily available to help answer our questions and give advice on specialities nearby. Very inviting and lovely personal touches with coffee, fresh figs, Limoncello and Prosecco already for us and little bags of toiletries for all. A week was not long enough! A perfect place to celebrate Nona Audrey’s 80th. Love the Williams Family xx

Beautiful house with an outstanding pool
The owners of the house were extremely helpful. They showed us where an open restaurant was and helped us find somewhere that would make a cake. The pool was outstanding, the children absolutely loved it. It is a salt water pool and divine. Comfy chairs outside etc. We spent most of the time outside. There was a lovely area with tables, chairs and a sofa. Inside there was everything you might need and more. The kitchen has loads of utensils, pans, coffee machine etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

2 week stay
Everything was fine. Only issue was the house was damp and the owner has the heat off. Even our shower towels wouldn’t air dry and were damp for 2 weeks. We went to a hotel for a night for a break from the the dampness where we were told the law in Italy is heat stays on till June 1. Some heat to take out the dampness would have been appreciated as there were some very cold nights. Even paper was damp. We couldn’t air dry any laundry so had to go into Ceccano to dry everything. My kids enjoyed the pool!

Amazing Villa
An absolutely wonderful home that provided all the comforts of have a house, with at added bonus of the amazing amenities. The posting is a great description and property manager was an wonderful family that provided us with great recommendations. We will be using this Villa for future trips.

Everything we wanted!
Due to covid travel restrictions this holiday was a long time coming and boy was it worth the wait. The property was fabulous, authentic and felt like a dream home for the 10 days we stayed. Luigi was a fantastic host and we communicated a lot on during our vactation. He advised us on trips, getting about, where to eat and shop. It is safe to say we are coming away with more than just great memories but also a friend.

Beautiful big and spacious villa with nice ,clean size swimming pool and lovely gardens .Had a lovely stay in this villa. Beautifully presented both inside and out .The villa has the italian touch ..I can recommended this villa for everyone.. Everything was perfect without any problem. Top ausgestattet Villa: Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt wird. Ein fantastischer Pool. Die Gastgeber empfangen einen sehr herzlich und stehen immer mit Rat und Tips während des gesamten Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Lage des Hauses im Latium ist perfekt gür fivrrse Sudflüge. Appagante, nonostante le nuvole non consentissero di godere a tempo pieno della piscina . I ragazzi però qualche tuffo lo hanno fatto lo stesso! La villa è grande e accogliente , non manca niente. Luigi è una persona molto cordiale .

Abbiamo passato le vacanze di Pasqua in questa villa e ci siamo trovati molto bene, nonostante non era possibile utilizzare la piscina abbiamo potuto usufruire di diversi servizi messi a disposizione dei proprietari. Casa spaziosa con tutto il necessario. Host molto disponibile e reattivo sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Casa pulita e ben attrezzata. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 11 amici e gli spazi erano adeguati (3 bagni splendidi ed enormi). Abbiamo alloggiato durante l’inverno e stiamo già pensando di ripetere durante la stagione estiva per poter usufruire anche della piscina e del bellissimo spazio esterno.

Schöne Zeit in einer wunderschönen Gegend
Schöne Umgebung, sauberes und funktionales Haus, tolle Erholung am privaten Pool, vor allem aber ein sehr netter und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Luigi. Das kann man sich im Urlaub immer wünschen. Tranquillo weekend in una bellissima villa
Insieme alla mia famiglia ho trascorso un fine settimana in questa splendida villa dotata di tutti i comfort. Eravamo 8 persone ma la villa ne può ospitare tranquillamente altre 2 o 3. Le foto mostrate forse rendono meno di quello che è nella realtà. Le stanze da letto sono molto grandi e curate, le stanzette dispongono di tutto il necessario. La veranda esterna con il barbecue ed il forno è ideale per rilassarsi e trascorrere piacevoli momenti a tavola. Il punto forte comunque, se si hanno bambini, oltre al tavolo da ping pong ed al calcio balilla è sicuramente la piscina: bella, grande e pulita. Non posso che fare i complimenti al proprietario Luigi, una persona gentile e disponibile.

Bellissimo fine settimana
WE had a great experience with everything from booking to leaving. The house is wonderful and the hosts are great and very accommodating. It is close to Grotte di Pasena which are a hidden gem in Rome and Napoli's vicinity. We can't overstate the comfort of the home, the space, and most importantly that it was equipped with everything. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to be back.

Perfect House in Pofi. Very nice holiday
We had a lovely holiday in Pofi, and Luigi was very helpful and supplied us with info before arrival, even telling us about speed limits on motorways in Italy. Pofi is a beautiful small village with market on mondays must visit. The house was perfect and nice that there was television in each room, so when relaxing during hot hours you could lay down in bed at watch some cartoons (synchronized from english) or other programs. We all 5 had a wonderful time in Luigi's house. If you like go out eating then try try Borgo Antico in Pofi as Luigi suggested us, very nice place, good food and nice view from terrase. It was very hot, so we spent a lot of time in the very nice pool and in the shade on the terrasse. Thanks a lot to Luigi and family for letting us stay in their beutiful house Johan
