"Our third time staying in this rental. Great for large groups. Owner is very accommodating and great to communicate with. Kids enjoyed the loft and game room. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of great memories made here!"

"The hotel was reasonably priced and a half hour drive from Penn State, where we had a weekend event. The location felt safe and was conveniently next door to a Rutter's. We appreciated the free hot breakfast in the hotel, which was pretty decent and better than expected. This was the first hotel room that I've stayed in where the mini fridge's small freezer compartment actually kept my ice packs frozen. However, the room felt dark and outdated, and had a perfumy smell. It is pretty bare bones and did not feel especially welcoming. The bathroom was nicer than the room and maybe had a more recent update. Overall, it was okay; I'd prefer a nicer hotel, but it worked for what we needed."

"Property and rooms are shabby. Carpets looked worn out and multiple stains around the room on the furniture. Shower was backed up because the drain needs to be cleaned. Staff was friendly but didn’t communicate and I was disturbed by housekeeping multiple times despite having late checkout. It met my needs for this trip but I would not return if I came to this area again"

"Toilet was noisy and running and room coffee pot didn’t work. Minor things overall. Rest of hotel and especially the staff were wonderful. Happy to see a plentiful breakfast buffet offering as well. "

"This place was gorgeous! Well stocked, basement was great, hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed the massage chair after long days. Worth every penny for the house both inside and out."

"Shopping near by. Parking close to main entrance is limited but not too bad (plenty on side of building) and it is a slight downward descent for the parking lot."
