Niman House is a fishermans paradise, river front on the beautiful Juniata River

10/10 Excellent
"We had the absolute best time staying here. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We spent our afternoons utilizing the deck to eat lunch while taking in the truly incredible views of the changing fall colors. The outdoor space is phenomenal. Our favorite feature was soaking in the hot tub, and we loved ending our nights gathered around the firepit making s'mores. It was the ultimate spot to unwind, relax, and just listen to the sound of the river, the birds (we even spotted a few kingfishers!), and the wind in the trees. When it got chilly, heading inside to warm up by the cozy fireplace or firing up the grill was perfect. Our dog had the time of his life running around the property, and getting a friendly "hello" visit from the neighbor's dog was an adorable bonus. The location is also super easy to find, and we loved exploring the many nearby breweries and wineries. On top of the amazing property, the host was wonderful—so nice and incredibly communicative. This stay was everything we were looking for and more. We would come back in a heartbeat!"
