The property was exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with what I got for what I paid. This is a perfect place for someone who is looking for a place to sleep, shower, cook a few simple meals, and be left alone. There were, however, problems with communication. Flight delays, problems with my rental car, and heavy traffic meant that I arrived 15 minutes after reception closed. I spent my first night sleeping in my car. The rental agency could not be contacted (only open 9-5), and the landlord could not be contacted. Once I contacted the agency, the only way to contact the landlord was via phone. I didn't have Croatian phone service. If you're want to attract foreign customers, have options such as e-mail available.
