"Such a beautiful trendy spacious apartment located across from the ocean . About 8 mins drive from city Center so it is a little quiet and further away from the crowds . The manager Vinko is very helpful. We had issue with our TV and within 10mins he can by and fix it . Would totally recommend! "

"We enjoyed beautiful days in Mladenka‘s apartment overlooking the Split Bay. The apartment is very well equipped and has been recently upgraded. The view of the Sea is beautiful and gives the place a very nice serenity. Nice restaurants are few meters across the road along the beach. We can certainly recommend the place for up to 6 persons looking for a well-located and extremely cleans equipped apartment with a pool"

"Sehr nette Familie! Man hat sich super wohl gefühlt. Meerblick vom Balkon war fantastisch! Im Appartement hatte man alles was man braucht und es gab viel Platz dort. Ruhige Gegend, hervorragend zum entspannen! Alles was man braucht gab es in naher Umgebung und zum Strand dauerte es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Nur der Rückweg war anstrengend weil das Appartement auf einem Berg ist, aber so hatte man gleich ein kleines Training im Urlaub 😊 super zufrieden ! Danke nochmal! "

"What we really liked was that the property was very clean, the room had all new amenities with everything that we could need (coffee maker, water boiler, etc). There are lounge chairs with umbrellas, everything of high quality. The owner was very helpful at all times. We felt safe, beautiful view from the terrace. "We loved staying with Ivo. Couldn't ask for more from a host. Any problem or question we had he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. Gave us great advice on local attractions, restaurants, and wineries too! He even helped us look up ferry times. The place is very well located. Only a 15-30 (depending on traffic) minute drive into Split. A 30 second walk to one of our favorite beaches. It's also a great launching point for Dubrovnik and many of the islands. "Very modern and immaculately clean apartments on a beautiful beach! Everything you could want and more was available, from cookware to paddle boards. These rooms are by far the best value I could find in the area, and the hosts were also very kind and greeted me immediately on arrival with a drink. I hope to come back soon!"

"walking distance. My only regret is that a balcony room wasn’t available. We had 3rd and beautiful view of beach/ocean but no balcony. Owner/manager was very pleasant. My only complaint was the dryer taking quite a long time to dry clothes but other than that, definitely worth every dime. Recommend travel to Omiš for water/land excursions (15 minutes away). "
