Room was nice. Cons: Walls needed to be repainted. Bathtub leaked water and tiles were repaired badly. Was only here 2 nights, but our room was not cleaned after the 1st night. We didn't have any sign on the door to dissuade them. Extra bed had a caved in mattress. Pros: They were prompt when we asked for extra towels, additional baggage stands, toilet paper, etc. Welcoming sign on the TVs in our room. The staircase was beautiful and the hotel smelled really nice. The location was amazing, very close to National Gallery and the Circle/District lines on the Tube. The view from our room was very nice. Hotel staff was helpful.

Very modern and nice hotel. Super convenient location with walking distance to trains and public transportation.
The staff were so friendly and even prepared a gift for my special occasion. Will definitely come back next time.

A very spacious room for London. It had a seating area a large bed windows and a desk it also had a place to store your clothes and a table with a coffee pot. Very no-frills in the amenities, you pay extra if you want anybody to clean the room while you are there if it’s a shorter stay. There was a very nice person at the front lobby area greeting people as they arrived. The location is really convenient to Paddington and other stations. A quick walk to Hyde Park.
