"I had an amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt right. I booked a private garden villa with a pool, and honestly, it felt like it was made for a king—peaceful, private, and just the kind of space you want when you’re celebrating something special. I came here for my 50th birthday, and the whole experience made it even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely warm—nothing felt forced, just real, kind people who made you feel taken care of. One thing I really appreciated was how clean everything was. Like, spotless. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The gym is on the smaller side, but it has all the essentials, so I was still able to get my workouts in without a problem. Overall, I left feeling happy, relaxed, and completely satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely come back again."

"Place was easily accessible. Property was small, cozy, green and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Met the owner he was super nice guy as well and helpful. Pool was good comfortable size. We enjoyed it. We had a rent a car and there was ample parking place outside the property. Breakfast was served in room and was good in taste variety and serving sizes. They even have option for pool breakfast for a nominal charge which are very nicely decorated. Overall we had very good stay and would strongly recommend."

"I absolutely loved staying here!! I also got an unexpected surprise from the staff at check in when they found out it was my birthday the day before and they all sang happy birthday to me and gave me a slice of cake, so thoughtful. The place is amazing, the views are perfect, exactly like what is shown. I stayed on river view and it’s a must when staying here. Sri and Desak were so sweet, warm and welcoming!! The whole staff is the absolute best! It’s also close to the Ubud market center and they offer shuttle services. When I come back to Ubud, which I hope is again in the near future, I will definitely be staying here. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! "We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion Resort and Spa! We booked a family villa and it was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very busy with tours, and didn’t get a chance to use the six pools the property has to offer. But they look very relaxing and clean. We did eat breakfast and most dinners at the resort. We enjoyed the food, it was delicious! We also took advantage of the spa services they offer and had a massage! I would definitely stay here again."

"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were amazing, breakfast was delicious with a vast selection and in a very scenic setting overlooking the jungle. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. This hotel is pure luxury and truly authentic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback. Just be aware that there is a lot of stairs so not good if you have walking issues."

"The hotel is super clean and staff very professional. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing and the room very big with a nice view on jungle . My only issue would be the quality of massage of the spa , that does not reflect its price . I had asked for deep tissue but it seemed like a normal massage. Ive done much better massages in bali for much less. Also the breakfast service was great, but the standard of the food did not reflect standard of hotel. But food is still good . Overall the price of the hotel reflects it standards and we were very happy . "
