LAKE HAVEN LODGE is our Top Rated Arrowhead Lake Community House: 4 Bedroom lake view Pocono home. Across the street from the lake, and within easy walking distance of the beach and community island with pool and splash pad, boats for rent, picnic area, playground, sports courts, and more.

The house has a game room, TVs and WiFi, fire pit, cornhole and other outdoor games, front deck to relax on, and more.

This sprawling Lake-side lodge will feel like home with a fully loaded game room and relaxing front porch with lake view. Enjoy a nice evening fire by the lake with fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone. Take a ride in the Canoe from the marina. Enjoy TV in every bedroom and living room., and an outdoor backyard space set amongst the woods, patio table and with a propane grill and more! You'll have easy parking to avoid the car shuffling. The house is literally steps from the beach, community playground, pavilion, and more!

IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too.

Your pets (up to 3) are also welcome with paid pet fee.

Inside the ~1,600 square foot house you will find four bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs - 1 with king beds and three queen bedrooms - with brand new comfortable mattresses! This lake house has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, great room for TV and gathering, huge outdoor deck directly across from the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view and much more.

Our lake house, Lake Haven, is part of Arrowhead Lake community. The Following amenities are available within easy walking distance of the house:

**MANDATORY RESORT FEES [paid to Arrowhead Lake]:
3 pools are available and 1 of the pools is on the island on the lake

Entrance fees apply to enter Arrowhead Community. These are the community's mandatory charges - not ours. Wristbands for amenities (in season - Memorial Day to Labor Day: $8.50 per person, per day or $42.50 for 7 days per person; off-season - Sept to May: $2 per person, per day) are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of 6; $35 registration fee; $20 vehicle fee also required (per vehicle)

Nice Chalet Style Lodge
I was worried by a previous review I read, but honestly we had a great time. The house is in a gated community, and it has a little bit of a lake view. Nice wood two story living room and comfy beds all around. It was clean, and everything worked fine. The hosts were responsive when we had an issue - we couldn't figure out where to take the garbage, and they responded quickly and told us where to go. We would definitely stay again. Community gate fees are not bad in the off-season it seems, and the lodge and island were great to explore. We will be back.

This place was a total nightmare. The room was absolutely filthy—dust in the corners, and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The towels were old, thin, and ripped, and to make matters worse, the bedding had noticeable stains. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The bathrooms need a remodel. Even the outside lighting was terrible, making it feel unsafe at night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—it's clear they don't care about basic cleanliness or comfort. Stay away!

Extended Family Reunion
Overall, the house was exactly what we needed for our extended family reunion. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for our use of the community amenities but we made the most of our stay. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions. One note should be added to the description of the description though -- there's no guarantee of propane in the barbeque so you may have to find a vendor to have that filled upon arrival.

1st time at Arrowhead Lake
It was very relaxing, a lot of wildlife! The lake beaches are nice, the house is centrally located. The pools are very nice with lifeguards on duty. The only thing we wish we knew prior was that you are not allowed to wear goggles that cover your nose in the pool. We were not able to find nose clips so our little one was not able to swim.

Wonderful vacation, charming chalet
The home was just right to accommodate myself and hubby and our 4 children ages 10-19 and our 2 dogs. The fully fenced front porch was a plus with the dogs. You can’t take your dogs to any of the beaches or public areas but we did find a nice hiking spot (local advice) through connecting state game lands and the dogs swam in Brady Lake. We used the game room as extra sleeping area for our 10 year old and brought a blow up so it worked out well for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need (pots pans dishes and utensils, crockpots, coffeemakers, etc). It was nice not to have to bring bathing towels and sheets. Slept amazingly in the master bedroom! We used our streaming services to watch movies together in the living room to wind down at night (after s’mores by the fire). Bring your own beach towels and beach chairs (we forgot our beach chairs which is handy for lounging by beaches and pools). We took advantage of all of the community amenities and were given a bracelet upon check-in (which you do pay for these amenities, but that is mentioned prior to booking so it was not a surprise). Two of the beaches are within walking distance and the island pool area is a quick walk. We had no issues or need to contact owners but they were kind enough to check in with us during our stay. There are kayaks and paddle boards for rent ($20 for 2 hours) and small row boats. The neighborhood is family-friendly. Would gladly return!

Relaxing getaway
Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay.

Family Fun
I loved the house, very homely, the owners had a christmas tree and trinkets to make it feel like Christmas. The owners responded to our questions promptly, and appeared very nice. On the downside, the house was not cleaned very well, it was dusty, the tub and toilet looked it hadn't been cleaned for some time, and the water was yellow not clear. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I don't know if the owners use a cleaning company or clean themselves because the house wasn't cleaned properly.

Great Autumn Leafing Trip
Michael and Ashley's lakehouse perfectly captures the essence of fall, with its golden-hued leaves reflecting on the calm lake waters. Waking up to misty mornings, sipping hot cocoa on the deck, and witnessing the most spectacular sunsets has been a dream. Perfect for Family’s
Perfect chalet for a larger crew! We had 2 toddlers here as well, the game room with childrens toys was the perfect added touch to keep them busy while at the house. The place was pet friendly which we intended on bringing our dogs, but unfortunately a personal situation came up and we didnt end up having any pets with us. The place did not have that “dog” smell you sometimes find in pet friendly houses, so it is clearly cleaned well. We also got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs which was awesome! Owners of the home were super prompt with all my questions prior to our stay and even checked in with us during. Would love to stay here again!

Overall great, but a few things to be aware of
Pros: Overall the house is great. Well appointed and maintained, clean, as described. The front deck is awesome -- huge and securely fenced in, great for dogs and small children (though it could use a paint job). The TV’s work, the kitchen is well stocked, the fire pit is nice, the bubble hockey game is fun, etc. The neighborhood has lots of trees and the house is indeed near (but not on, see below) two lakes. We took our bikes and enjoyed biking the area. Lots of deer. For us it was quiet and not crowded, though it was very early in the season; I suspect that will change as summer moves along. Things to be aware of: The amenities were farther from the house than we had anticipated. Both the pool and lake access are roughly a quarter mile away. It’s doable but not quick, especially with kids. The game room etc are over a mile away. Also there are no paths or trails through the woods; it’s all private lots, fairly close together. You can take a walk, but it’s along the road. These things mattered to us; they may not to others. Finally, the beds: The master bed, upstairs, was very good. Of the other three, two had lumpy mattresses that were too small for their frames; they were constantly falling through and getting stuck between the slats. The third was noisy and slid around.
