"The staff was excellent and helped us plan some of our outings and transportation. The breakfast was excellent also and exceeded our expectations. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, we did use the coffee maker. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and the iron and ironing board. We were traveling with 2 other couples and one thing that concerned all of us was the drop off area at the entrance. Several of us tripped on that area and one of the adults fell and hit her head on the wall. Perhaps, as Americans, we are not used to having an area to remove our shoes and we are aware of that, but some type of identification needs to added to that area to distinguish it from the floor. The floor and the drop off area are made of the exact same type of flooring and the different heights are not noticeable to many people. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone visiting your fine city."
