I do have locks on the doors that is not sold. Not everybody needs a lock in the bathroom the bedroom the hall, every which way this is a private entrance with a bolt to get in.

So clean and considerate

There is no false advertising. She (the guest Angie),not he , was a text editing error. All guests have control of the thermostat. They also have private entrance again. Keep out anybody they want with locks. Angie, did not lock her side of the door. I was the lady upstairs. I am old and small and vulnerable. I do not like people to know that I am upstairs because there have been several people trying to get in and I have no way to defend myself other than let not let them know who I am. I explain to Angie that yeah, she writes a bad review. I would not be able to get a guest in to take the place of her money. But if I do get somebody in before the end of the month, she would get a full refund or whatever about the money I get up to the amount they owed her. Angie did not want to listen to anything I had to say. And also she scared me and I explained all this to her via text message as well as the messaging system on vrbo.com. I saved all of the text messages and printed them out. Explaining exactly what I did now and more. There was no false advertising. I can show pictures of full privacy. I find no need to because it just keeps on antagonizing her. And that’s not what I wanna do I wanna give her back her money and we only have three days left in this month so keep your fingers crossed for me that somebody will book this month, and I will be able to pay her the money.

I loved having Tracy and her family. I would love to have them stay again. When it’s a busy season I have to change the checkout time because I usually have back to back guests. But only in the summer. And I only have one place where is for lodging. And it’s so wonderful to meet all sorts of people and try to make their visit personalized. On all other occasions I always tell quests no one‘s coming ,so you can take Time to check out.

This couple was one of the most responsible, understandable, respectful, initiative, integrity and realize I was sharing my home with them and I’m not a maid .they did so wonderful I can’t even find any hair or dirt anywhere. Which is one thing I look for his old watch and sanitizing and cleaning so the next guest don’t complain. But these people were extremely clean

Ann and her family were above snd beyond clean and considerate. They came at a time when our weather wasn't cooperative but they worked through it.? Playing cards in living area & basketball in driveway. Very positive energy

Linda and Richard would always be welcome here. They are so clean . All I can say is it was a pleasure meeting them and if I could make their next stay better I will. And yes it's very rare to have a pool in Pocatello because we really only have three months we can use it where the water is warm and comfortable. And If the weather cooperates Pocatello is a wonderful place to stay.

I enjoy having considerate, clean , respectful,And highly communicative. These people by far our group of people that I would never turn down to come stay at my place and I cannot wait for them to experience this place in the summer,Or the spring or fall ,because my flowers, my many gardens( my above ground swimming pool and yard is going to wow them and their experience even more
