This beautiful apartment is ideally located in Millbay, a short 5 minute walk into Plymouth City Centre and literally metres away from the sea!

The ground floor apartment lies within easy reach of Plymouth Hoe, the Brittany Ferry Terminal and Royal William Yard. The area is noted for its stunning outlook towards Drake's Island and is renowned for its fantastic cafes and restaurants along with the incredible water sports provision at nearby Firestone Bay.

The space
Very spacious, beautifully presented and modern flat with large balcony, comfortable bed and sofa, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, microwave, whasing/drying machine, toiletries, iron and ironing board, cloth airer, towels, bedding etc.
Quite area, close to city centre, bus stops 100m (328ft) from the building, wheelchair access from parking space to the lift.
Our guest loved the short walk to the Hoe Promenade and Royal William Yard restaurants area.
We offer a free fruit basket to all our guests, and we can provide continental breakfast on requests.
We are available 24/7 to answer any questions our guests might have.
