Fantastic vacation home in Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club
- This home has 3 bedrooms with an additional sleeping loft, 2 full baths. This “nonsmoking” house is located in Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club. Great room with fireplace and decorated with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite counters, new appliances and flooring. The dining area is a bright sun room leading out to the deck with a screen porch just off it. This home is located just 300 steps from Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy swimming and water-skiing in the pristine waters of Cummings Cove. This community has one of the largest beaches on the lake. Quick access to the Stonedam Island Nature Preserve for group fishing and retreats make this a very special place to spend time. Close to Meredith Bay, this location offers the convenience of local shops, restaurants, wineries, art walks and more! Tennis courts are just around the corner. The large flat lot is perfect for yard games.
There are two public boat launches within a few miles -- the Association has a day dock which allows you to leave your boat for a few hours.
