The Nozyli villa of modern architecture welcomes you to spend your holidays by the sea. It is located 2.5km from the center of Plouescat and 200m from the beach and the coastal paths.
It is classified 4 * tourism furnished.
The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden and fenced in a quiet dead end with direct access to the sea.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a swimming pool area communicating with the living room and lockable.
The swimming pool is heated to 29 degrees all year round, the 6-seater spa to 37 degrees outside.

Lovely stay near the coast

Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies.

Villa Nozyli

The villa was not as good as the pictures portrayed.Kitchen oven handle was broken. Looked like someone had tried to fix it.Dishwasher didn't clean dishes.Sink plug didn't slot in so dishes couldn't be washed in the sink. When I asked Aurelie, she shrugged.Pool tiles need a good clean.Garden hasn't tended while we were there & clearly hadn't been in the previous week, despite being told it was empty the previous week.Windows need a good clean.Barbecue area underneath was full of rubbishThe inside heater had an empty cheese box in it.Aurelie clearly didn't speak goid english, so i didn't point it out.We have stayed in villas where we paid a lot less but were much better maintained.We still enjoy the stay but I would suggest it needs a lot of work to bring it up to the standard i would expect for the amount we paid.

ein Paradies für die Familie

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Selbst bei typisch bretonischem Wetter konnte man den Pool und den Jacuzzi voll genießen. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es gibt deutlich mehr Geschirr als notwendig. Der Kühlschrank hat die bei uns sehr geliebte Eiswürfelfunktion und sehr viel Volumen für die Einkäufe. Die Betten fanden wir alle mega bequem… logisch wir sind ja auch in Frankreich 😀… der Garten ist uns besonders ans Herz gewachsen, beherbergt er doch auch Pflanzen, die sonst hier in südlicheren Regionen wachsen. Es gibt auch viel Rasenfläche zum Spielen. Unsere Jungs hatten richtig Platz zum kicken. Die Gartenmöbel sind hochwertig, keine billigen Plastikliegen. Zwei Sonnenschirme sorgen auch bei Bedarf für ausreichend Schatten. Die Lage ist perfekt, es sind 200 m zu zwei netten Sandständen. Baden wird hier bei Ebbe schwierig, aber es gibt in 7 Minuten mit Auto einen unglaublich schönen langen Sandstrand mit Sandsteg zu einer kleinen Insel. Optisch wie in der Karibik, nur 10° zu kalt. Plouescat, ein typischer und schöner kleiner bretonischer Ort, ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt. Hier findet man Samstags einen super schönen Markt, mindestens drei Bäcker, und einen ziemlich großen Supermarkt, der alle Bedarfe stillt. Aurélie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, immer bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht, aber sehr entspannt. Alle paar Tage pflegt sie Pool und Jacuzzi. Ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir freuen uns sehr auf eine Wiederkehr.

Magnifique location !

La maison est magnifique, fonctionnelle et tres bien entretenue.La piscine couverte chauffée séparée par une baie vitrée du salon est un vrai plus pour en profiter par tous les temps. Sa localisation à 200m du sentier du littoral est idéale pour faire des ballades à proximité. A recommander !

Wunderbar

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub in dieser Villa erlebt - zu zweit mit drei kleinen Hunden. Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Schon vom Haus aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Ein herrlicher Garten mit tollen Pflanzen, „“ausbruchssicher““ für unsere Hunde. Und ein ganz toller, großer Pool. Aurélie und ihr Mann waren immer erreichbar, unglaublich nett und unaufdringlich. Dazu die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Meer. Und alles was wir zum Leben brauchen in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche mit einer befreundeten Familie und drei Hunden in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Aurélie, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist gross, sehr gepflegt und ideal für die Hunde, da er rundum gezäumt ist und die Hunde so nicht entwischen können. Das grosse Hallenbad ist sauber und ideal bei Regentagen. Der Whirlpool war das Tüpfchen auf dem i. Die Lage vom Haus ist auch sehr gut. In 5 Minuten ist man auf einem schönen bewachsenen Pfad an der nächsten Bucht. Es hat ein paar wunderschöne Buchten in der nahen Umgebung, schöne Spazierwege, einen Menhir und wenig Leute. Perfekt für Spaziergänge mit den Hunden - aber natürlich auch ohne Hunde. Ein insgesamt super schönes Haus, das wir gerne wieder besuchen werden! Sehr empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank Aurélie!

Très bon séjour

La maison est idéalement située, 150m de la mer, quartier très calme. La piscine chauffée à 29° est un plus non négligeable et cerise sur le gâteau un super jacuzzi. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Beautiful holiday home

This property far exceeded our expectations the photos don’t adequately show how spacious the house and garden is. The indoor pool was very popular with all the family it was difficult to persuade the children to do anything else. The area is beautiful lovely coastline and plenty of great places to eat out
