Charmante villégiature

Les enfants comme nous mĂȘme avons Ă©normement apprĂ©ciĂ©s cette villa. Elle est trĂšs spacieuse et fonctionnelle dans un environnement calme et apaisant. La mer, en l'occurence la baie du Kernic, n'est qu'Ă  800 m Ă  pieds, quant Ă  la plage de Porsmeur elle est un tout petit peu plus loin mais quelle plage : du sable fin Ă  perte de vue avec une eau qui oscille entre le turquoise, le vert et le bleu marine ! Enfin, les propriĂ©taires qui habitent Ă  proximitĂ© sont tout simplement charmant. Encore merci pour leur accueil sans fioriture mais sincĂšre ainsi que leurs dĂ©licates attention !!! Sans oublier leur petite chĂšvre Blanchette, une vĂ©ritable mascotte pour les enfants ! Bref, c'Ă©tait parfait et nous conservons prĂ©cieusement l'adresse...

Erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr empfehlenswert mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Sowohl zu zweit als auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Haus, besonders die KĂŒche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten, es gibt viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung, die auch zu Fuß erreichbar sind. WĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wieder dort wohnen.

Tolles Haus mit Platz fĂŒr 2 Er...

Tolles Haus mit Platz fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Tischtennisplatte in der Garage, und Palmen im Garten. Betten sind französisch typisch klein. Auf passende BettwĂ€sche achten, da in Frankreich oft Doppelbetten immer nur ein großes Zudeck haben. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Draußen gibt es eine Leine zum trocknen, in der Garage einen WĂ€schestĂ€nder. Nette Vermieter, haben uns zu CrĂȘpes eingeladen. Das Haus ist renoviert worden, und steht gut da. Ein Auto, oder mindestens FahrrĂ€der sind aberauf jeden Fall erforderlich, da das Haus zwischen Plouscat und den StrĂ€nden liegt. Die Bucht von Kernic ist zu Fuß zu erreichen Reisetipps: Tolles Klima, kurze Hose und Polo sind immer möglich. Der Stand bei Moguirec ca. 5 km entfernt ist ein Traum. Auch die StrĂ€nde von Porsmeurs und Porsguen sind super. mit dem Auto ca. 3 min. entfernt. In Plouescat gibt es BĂ€cker und Schlachter. Die Bar gegenĂŒber der kurzen Seite der Historischen Markthalle ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.Ein interspar und ein Spar im Zentrum sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Tourismuszentrum ist mit Infomaterial ĂŒber die Region gut bestĂŒckt.Roscoff ist ca 25 min. entfernt, und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.Eine große Picasso Sammlung findet man in Landerneau. Hier die genaue Adresse:Rue dela Fontaine Blanche, 29800 Landerneau, FrankreichEin Toller Strandimbiss ist in Saint–Pol–de–Leon am Strand, beim Übergang zur vorgelagerten Halbinsel, noch vor dem langen Parkplatz.

FĂŒr Familien mit Kinder,Hund etc. ist die GrĂ¶ĂŸe ausreichend u. das GelĂ€nde abgeschlossen. Auto ist erforderlich,zum Einkaufscenter o. BĂ€cker sind es 1.5 bis 2 km. Uns persöhnlich hat der unangenehme Geruch im Haus gestört. Da wir kein Französisch sprechen konnten wir keine KlĂ€rung herbeifĂŒhren. Zum Heizen im Kamin wurden wir großzĂŒgig mit Holz versorgt. Reisetipps: Die Mitarbeiter in der Touristeninformation am Marktplatz in Plouescat waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sie haben fĂŒr uns Tischreservierungen in verschiedenen Restaurants vorgenommen. Eine VerstĂ€ndigung in Deutsch ist leider nicht möglich. Wer kein Französisch spricht sollte sich mit Englisch behelfen können. Ein Wörterbuch o. eine Übersetzungs–App sind allenfalls Notlösungen ! Die Menschen sind hilfsbereit und versuchen stets einem weiterzuhelfen.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort richtig.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolles Grun...

Sehr schönes Haus, tolles GrundstĂŒck und sehr nette Vermieter. Diese wohnen gleich nebenan. Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Absolut empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Ganz toller Strand. Netter kleiner Ort mit allem was man braucht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ansonsten ist nichts los. Perfekt fĂŒr Familienurlaub oder Senioren.

Wir haben insgesamt 14 sehr sc...

Wir haben insgesamt 14 sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht. Wer die Ruhe mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Geruch, vor allem im Bad, war teilweise noch vorhanden. Dies wurde in einer vorhergehenden Bewertung schon einmal genannt. Hat man die Bad–TĂŒr offengelassen roch es in der ganzen Wohnung.Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit der WohnungsĂŒbergabe(ca. 5 min.). Die Be–sitzerin hatte wohl nur wenig Zeit. Es er–folgte kein Hinweis wo die Fußboden–heizung eingeschaltet wird, also nutzen wir sie nicht. Das war wohl auch gut so. Denn fĂŒr den verbrauchten Strom bezahlten wir rund 50€. Ob da auch das warme Wasser mit enthalten war (elektr. Beuler) wissen wir nicht. FĂŒr Licht, Fernseher und Bad–heizer (500W fĂŒr kurze Zeit) da passt dann etwas nicht. Dies sollte dann auf der Hausseite auch stehen. Es wĂ€re hilfreich gewesen, wenn ein Info–Blatt, wenigstens in Englisch vorhanden ist, das man sich ja dann ĂŒbersetzen kann. Dies haben wir sonst in anderen Wohnungen schon oft erlebt. An einigen Kleinigkeiten mangelte esaber auch noch: 1 Rolle Toilettenp. 2 Tabs Geschirrsp., keine MĂŒlltĂŒten, kein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen. Also kauften wir alles nach, Rest wurde mitgenommen. (Auto) !!
