'Ferme Kerlan Beach 5min by Car' House with Private Garden

Farmhouse made up of three adjoining houses in a traditional Pays Bigouden farm, accommodating up to 16 guests.



The stone houses feature a 100 m² courtyard (shared access, rarely used by owners or others), an 800 m² natural, tree-filled garden, and a large 300 m² shed that can shelter up to eight cars, trailers, boats, or motorcycles. Several outbuildings are available for storing bikes or bulky luggage. The rental is old, simply equipped, rustic, and peaceful, located on an active organic dairy farm. Organic dairy products are available on site. The owners live on the property.



Organic cleaning products are provided. The rentals are suitable for holidays or weekends with family or friends, or for gatherings (maximum 16 people, no sound system allowed but music at a moderate volume is accepted), in a simple and warm atmosphere.



The setting is quiet and rural, yet close to the sea and beaches.



The rentals are on a 20-hectare farm, surrounded by fields and trees, with no direct neighbors, in a safe location. The road is 200 meters away.



Direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail from the property. From the road, just head towards the sea (3 km).



The location is ideal for shops, exploring the region, discovering fishing ports, the sea, and beaches. The hosts are available on site for any information or assistance.
