Come and stay in this pleasant house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, located in Plévenon. Take advantage of its proximity to the Château de Fort-La-Latte, Cap Fréhel, the resort of Sables-D'Or-les-Pins and its splendid beach. Ideally located between Cap Fréhel and Sables-d'Or, just a short walk from the region's most remarkable sites, this house will enable you to enjoy walks along the GR34 footpaths leading to Cap Fréhel.

This magnificent, charming farmhouse offers :
- A large living room with sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove and dining area for 8 people;
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with sink, induction hob (4 burners), cooker hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, kettle and a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);
- Utility room with fridge-freezer and washing machine;
- A large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm);
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and washbasin;
- Separate WC;

First floor:
- Relaxation area with sofa, armchair, board games, television, console, etc;
- One bedroom with a standard double bed (160x200 cm);
- A final bedroom with two double beds (140x190 cm);
- A shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit;
