"There is no way to review this property as my family and I were not able to stayed there. When I arrived in Xilitla I called the host, he told me he was not in town and property was not available. He stated Expedia never notified him. Long story short, I was in Xilitla at 8pm looking for a place to stay because trying to communicate with a real person at Expedia was impossible. We were lucky to find rooms for my family and I but paying twice as much. Until today, after several calls and emails to Expedia and Vrbo still haven’t received my refund or apologies from the inconveniences. Horrible customer service experience "

"This is a typical nice hotel that you would find in Mexico: simple room, hot shower, tile floor. Very clean with its restaurant. It has a swimming pool, but we didn’t try it. Views from our room were super nice! Only thing is that it is not handicap accessible since there are no elevators. Anyway, the city of Xilitla is not handicap accessible at all. If you have problems walking uphill and downhill, this town is not for you. It is half a mile from downtown, so it is walkable if you don’t have issues going up and down (very steep). We (wife and three young adult kids), took two rooms and they loved the hotel. Also, we left the car in the hotel’s parking area, and walked and took taxis. Town streets are very narrow, and not for the faint of heart. "

"Great location- only 1 blick from the center square, friendly staff, rooms are large and clean. The pool looked great, and the patio with the jalapa has a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend!"

"We found Cockroaches and baby lizards in the rooms we got move to 3 different rooms but it was the same and we ask front desk for a refund to move to an other hotel and said they don’t refund .. "

"It is a nice hotel, safe, convenient... there is a restaurant, a pool and parking. Rooms are fine, beds are comfy the only thing was the toilet, and there was no tv. No elevators, just stairs to the rooms. I will stay here again anyway becayse of how comfy I was."
