"The staff was rude, entitled and disrespectful. The service at the restaurant was awful (with the sole exception of one waiter.) Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night at the airport."

The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the market, Chinatown, and tons of great restaurants and cafes and shops.
