"The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A delicious breakfast was offered every morning and we enjoyed it very much. They had a full bar with the sweetest bartender. The only negative was that there was no TV. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere on the listing so we were quite surprised. Obviously we did just fine. We’re just used to relaxing to something on tv at the end of the day when we’re traveling. But all the good stuff here outweighed that one thing."

"Pristine Patagonia is a great choice in Puerto Natales, especially for a short stay. It’s a relatively new property, very comfortable, and an easy walk from the city centre. Rooms are simple and well done, the breakfast is minimal but good, and having on-site parking was a big plus. We stayed just one night and found it extremely convenient and easy - would happily stay again."
