"We spent 10 wonderful days at Issimo Suites and would happily return. We were surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful loft suite that felt like a cozy log cabin tucked into the rainforest. Waking up every morning surrounded by nature was unforgettable-we spotted countless tropical birds and, incredibly, all five monkey species found in the Manuel Antonio area right from our balcony. The sunsets overlooking the jungle and the Pacific Ocean were breathtaking. The hotel has a charming retro character that reminded us of classic family summer vacations, making it feel unique and full of personality rather than just another modern resort. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. We celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they helped my partner secretly decorate our room for an unforgettable surprise. The restaurant offers spectacular views, and every meal was delicious. We highly recommend including breakfast—the fresh tropical fruit, excellent Costa Rican coffee, and varied menu were the perfect start to each day. The location is also fantastic, with beaches close by - one just a short walk away and the main beach only about a 5-minute drive. We also loved the cozy lounge nook by the pool, where we spent peaceful afternoons feeling like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Visiting at the end of the season meant Manuel Antonio was wonderfully relax"
