"Wow! Staying in Casa Bamboo added so much to our vacation! The place was always clean, all the amenities we needed were there. Then the extras!!! Having our laundry done each day allowed us to come home without the worry of washing wet things. Seeing the monkeys pass through from our balcony and the night animals. And I highly recommend the private chef - best meal of our trip. Susan was super prompt to answer any questions and help us with setting things up. Like I said - WOW! Great vacation!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Estrella del Mar. The house is beautiful, extremely spacious, and had more than enough room for our group of 11. There are plenty of areas for everyone to gather together while still having enough space to spread out and have some privacy. The pool and setting are fantastic, and overall the property was a great choice for our group.The people taking care of us were one of the highlights of the stay. Our chef, Chris, was amazing. We had Chris and Olga helping us with dinner on three evenings during our visit, and they did a fantastic job. Having dinner prepared at the house was a great experience for a group our size and something we would absolutely recommend. The housekeeping was also excellent throughout our stay. Andrey was helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance, including getting a hot-water problem resolved in the cabana.The hill leading to the house is steep. It is difficult to walk up and down, and some taxis and Sprinter-style vans will not drive all the way up to the property, particularly if it is wet. Take this into account when considering transportation.Overall, we had an excellent stay. Estrella del Mar is an amazing property for a large family or group. Between the house itself, the pool, the housekeeping, Andrey's responsiveness, and the wonderful meals Chris and Olga prepared for us, there was a lot to love about our stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again."

"We loved our stay here sooooo much. We were a family of 3 adults and 3 kids and we had the best time. The slide was such a hit. I'm pretty sure we wore off the paint going down it 100 times in a row. We were super comfortable in the house with loads of space and there is a view of the jungle from every room! We had a large troupe of spider monkey visit us for the dinner hour on our last day which was so special for the kids. The only tiny issue we had was a little trouble finding the place. No problem though because the concierge Maria was so attentive and kind. She helped us with all of our questions from start to finish. She is a big plus for this property. I can't wait to come back. Don't hesitate to book Casa Mirador."

"Beautiful property! Definitely need a 4x4 to reach the house but well worth the trek once we arrived. Incredible views. Woke up to 2 pair of Macaws and 1 pair of Toucans every morning. Dozens of monkeys played through the trees and on the decks 4 different times, both morning and evening. Unfortunately, never saw the resident sloth. Gary was indispensable...contacted him almost every day and he was quick to solve our problems, be it with ordering food delivery, scheduling a tour, or fixing our flat tire. The four suites are very spacious and private. The only thing we would add is a mini fridge and a coffee maker in each suite."
