"5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs. Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. "Hotel great but they need to stop people ‘reserving’ sun beds from 6am onwards, it was really ridiculous, no sun beds left by 9am and hardly anyone in sight - but all the beds covered with towels. It made the hotel feel like a cheap 1 star motel rather than anything high end. Disappointed overall because of this."
