"Iris the owner was very communicative and responsive. At the house, we were greeted by Louie who was the caretaker. Very sweet man who showed us around and was available anytime through WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. "Fantastic house with amazing vista over the jungle to the ocean. The sound of crashing waves can be heard at night, Howler monkeys at dawn and impressive birds circling during the day. The house is very well presented, great air conditioning, and a pool you want to stay in all day long. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything works. As good as your own home..if not better"

"We found the home comfortable and very clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness). It is located in a remote area, a half hour drive to restaurants/stores, and is peaceful and serene. The pool was nice, and we enjoyed seeing the nearby wildlife. The howler monkeys hung around the entire week we were there. Our friend stayed in the lower level and the sofa/bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we felt welcome. As this was the first vacation rental for the owners, we left a list of comfort items that will be helpful for future guests. It was a pleasant stay, and Udo, the property manager, was very nice and responsive. "
