It was the perfect setting for a tropical destination wedding with a ceremony on the beach and a reception by the pool with drinks and dancing on the porch, plenty of room for our guest and the kitchen served as a great spot for a caterer. "Great House, has everything, 10 min walk to Avellana Beach, The property is only 5 houses, so you are in your private secluded area, the house has 3 room with AC split system, well equipped, Dennis was always there for any question, there is a tree in the back of the house that always have several monkeys jumping or relaxing. "Beautiful home, well stocked with everything (and more) than our family could need. Very clean and well maintained. Gated community, private access to the San Francisco point, and a short walk or ride to Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. Had a small issue with the electronic lock and the Blue Zone company responded right away and took care of it for us. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental!"

The layout of the house is excellent with private bathrooms and a large living space. The pool and patio are perfect for relaxing. "The staff made the trip. Everyone is Absolutely wonderful and feels like family by the time you leave. Great service, great location - easy to get to town, quieter end of the beach. Got to see howler monkeys, lizards, birds and the hotel cats. Simba became a constant visiting our room. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Tamarindo area!"

"Truly enjoyed my stay at this Adult only property. Let's start with the food, Amazing!! Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and accomodating. The property was clean and safe. My only complaint was housekeeping. They were inconsistent with services and I complained to the front desk."

"The staff were so hospitable and accommodating! I was traveling with my partner for my birthday, and the hotel staff surprised us with wine and a birthday cake to my room free of charge! The food was good for the most part, although two of the eateries were closed due to construction, they also were very amenable to food allergies and restrictions (I have a gluten sensitivity). The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and they always have golf carts and buggies to shuttle you around. Resort activities are plentiful if you are staying on the resort. If you book an excursion, I suggest pre-booking as the resort company with the hotel only offers certain excursions on certain days and requires a minimum number of people. There are locals on the beach that offer excursions but if you are extra cautious, like myself you may be hesitant. I suggest booking one through a travel app, such as viator, expedia, or something like that. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed myself and would love to visit again!!!"
