"The kitchen comes fully stocked (if you plan to cook). Perfect space for one person, a little tight for two but still fine if only staying for a couple of nights (but can lead to feeling cooped up if it rains all day). The Host was very responsive to all questions. We felt safe and secure and the space was extremely clean. We enjoyed the option to walk a short distance to several food places. We LOVED the little outdoor cabana, but we recommend picking up bug spray for the mosquitoes. When it didnt rain, the boardwalk and running/walking path you could easily walk to were awesome! We really appreciated that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and turkish beach towels. The sounds of roosters and traffic (you're literally right off a road) can be heard but are fairly easy to tune out. However, if staying on a weekend or special holiday, be advised that the nearby restaurants can be loud with music and harder to tune out (as can the occasional car that loves to blast their music with the windows down); however the hosts provide foam ear plugs. You are very close to two great beaches, but you dont have a direct ocean view. We paid the same price for a bigger place right on the water in Stella, so the value for this place felt a little lower (but that's just based off of our priorities for a stay). We did come across the people staying in the other apartment a time or two but we couldn't ever hear them through the walls and we felt like we had a decent amount of privacy. "

"I got a nice welcome from the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. I rented by mistake a room with two queen beds but no kitchen and we came with food to cook. They accommodate us in a two room house with an adjustment in price and we were very pleased! The house is spotless even being in front of the beach! Everything looks beautiful. The beach in front it is a little ruff but few feet to the right it is a pocita, very calm water. I only wish the kitchen was more equipped for cooking but we’re able to do the cooking with the little utensils we got. I loved everything in that house! "

"Clean room and quick response from host. The only thing is I would mention that not everything is walking distance. Jobos beach is walking distance but there’s no 24 hour convenience store to grab the basics- water, snacks, etc- if you don’t have a car. I arrived at 9:30pm and we went to the nearest gas station which was like 3 miles up and we were able to get some water bottles and snacks right before they closed at 10pm. The posting said no car necessary so that felt a little deceiving. Outside of that, I felt very safe, the location was lovely if you want to be near the beach. It was the perfect location for me. "

"From the time we opened the gate we were very impressed with the house and the layout of the property. It was very pretty and we loved our stay. Everything was set up perfectly for us. The owners even left us delicious local snacks to enjoy. "
