"It’s a fabulous hotel, with amazing facilities and lovely staff. The food is also first class and reasonably priced. We loved the Med restaurant and the Arara bistro restaurant was our favourite! I think the bedrooms could have been larger, with comfier chairs on the balcony and around the table. The ventilation was also not that well designed from the toilet into the room. But nonetheless it was a fab experience and we would go again. "

"Great holiday and location. It would have been nice for the other restaurants and facilities to be open but it was the beginning of the season. "

"We were golfing so we didn’t tend to get back until the afternoon. Unfortunately by that time the sun was obscured by the Torre Blanca hotel across the road so being November we didn’t use the pool. The property itself was very clean inside and the owner provided sufficient toiletries and cleaning equipment for the stay which was nice as normally you’re lucky to get a couple of dishwasher tablets - salt pepper, condiments and even butter were also provided as was welcome drinks. Owner was always available for any enquiries and keen to help. Some parts of the accommodation could be improved such as the mattresses, which were variously extremely hard (bunk beds) or convex or concave. As you would expect most fittings were cheap but functional. The shower fitting adjacent to my room was hanging off the wall - the water however was always hot even when multiple showers were in use simultaneously. We weren’t sure where to put the rubbish so used the hotel dumpster across the road. Overall the position of the villa was fine for what we needed, having easy access to the strip, beach and restaurants. We didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on any channels it might have had. WiFi was decent.We were 4 golfers so for our purposes have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal."

"Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. The bathrooms are unsafe: every time we used the shower, water would spill all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. One of our family members even got a cut on her ankle because the shower door was unstable and moved unexpectedly. We constantly had to use lots of toilet paper to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping. The room conditions are quite poor — everything looks old and worn out, and several things are falling apart. Pros: El personal es el más amable y eficiente que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel de Europa. Son realmente increíbles profesionales, atentos y siempre sonrientes. Sin duda merecen el mejor reconocimiento y una excelente remuneración por su trabajo. La comida estaba buena, y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente también. En general, la amabilidad y atención del personal marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Contras: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas en el gimnasio, lo cual fue bastante desagradable, muy sucio el gym. "

"Great hotel for our teen and 6year old. Entertainment was good and beds in the sky suites were so comfy. Maybe a few more activities for the teens during g the day would have been good, so they could meet other teens. Lovely time with family."
