"The Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay, rooms were decorated lovely, with aircon, beautifully clean, fresh towels daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent 5 minutes from 525 strip, and close to the beach, there is also a little parade of bars further up, which were also great. "

"Very nice hotel but very expensive per night compared to hotels nearby. I think you pay for the fact it is located right on “the strip” the main pedestrianised street where all the bars and restaurants are. However, for me this street offered very little. There was hardly anything open at lunchtime and very few Spanish restaurants. The hotel was spotless, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, huge comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of space in it, wasn’t cramped. Plenty of room to store suitcases, belongings etc. The downside for us was there was a terrible smell of drains in our room. I reported it to reception as soon as we had checked the room and they put a reed type air freshener in the bathroom for us which had no effect at all and the smell was really bad. It was a shame because otherwise a perfect stay. The rooftop pool and spa was amazing. Nice Astra turfed area to sunbathe with umbrellas. Outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, gym all included in your stay located alongside a nice bar serving food. Large menu of massage and beauty treatments at reasonable prices. Underground parking."

"Compact and comfortable well equipped 2nd floor apartment reached by 30 steps. Rear balcony has late afternoon sun, and steps up to lovely roof terrace (solarium) with comfy sunbeds and table for 4. Roofbox storage includes padded covers and 2 folding chairs. Use of the installed air-conditioning is very welcome in 35 climate, but frequent attention to 5 litre condensate drain bottles is necessary. This top floor apartment is in El Divino complex, which has two nice pools surrounded by grass and a few concrete benches (but no sunbeds). There is ample roadside parking around the complex. Location is not too far from several supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Consum, Mercadona) and the pedestrian restaurant plaza. We had a rental car to get around and explore the surrounding area."

"We stayed at this property last year with no problems, other than the tv and internet which was promised to upgrade for this year’s visit , This was doneand it was greatly improved, The interior including bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and lounge were very clean and up to standard. However, the outside facilities were not as good as last year! The floor tiles were very dirty with evidence of dried mud and bird droppings throughout! We ended up sweeping and mopping the area that we most used twice during our stay, but left the mud and bird droppings as we found them. The tiles could do with a jet wash as we noticed other apartments were having them done at the time ?The new sun chairs were a great improvement but the two damaged sun beds couldn’t be used and were unsightly, perhaps needing removal if only for cosmetic effects? If this problem could be addressed we will definitely consider re booking for 2027 !"

"Friendly welcome by, Paul. Took us through all the doe's & dont's on how to be respectful guests. Comprehensive explanation on how all the appliances, gadgets & TV work. The house was spotlessly clean, ample towels for showering and beach towels for the pool and beyond. No need initially to buy sugar, tea, milk, water, coffee...or wine, thanks Paul, just replace what you use. Wi Fi is very fast. Plenty hot water. Solarium was used frequently. It had table and chairs, sun loungers and a fridge and an awning if it got too hot. Swimming pool area is lovely and the complex is gated for extra security. Would we use it again? Yes in a heartbeat, well done to Barbara & Paul."
